Arnotts Holdings Ltd confirms that it is working with its banks (Anglo Irish Bank and Ulster Bank) as part of the ongoing process agreed last February to restructure the Group’s financing.

Arnotts strongly emphasises that trading continues as normal. Arnotts is performing very strongly with trading for the first half of the year ahead of the Irish retail market. Jobs within Arnotts remain secure and Arnotts continues to invest in the future of the store. We would like to reassure our customers that it is business as usual at Arnotts.

No, we have been trading since 1843, we are trading well and we are looking forward to continuing our long standing customer service into the future.

Is Arnotts in liquidation?

No, Arnotts is trading strongly, ahead of the Irish retail market. We are continuing to add new and exciting brands to our offering!

Will Arnotts Gift Vouchers still be valid and how long will gift vouchers be valid for?

Yes, our policy on Arnotts gift vouchers has not changed, Arnotts gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. These can be spent in every department!

Will brides get all items on their wedding lists?

The Wedding List service at Arnotts remains unchanged – however, it’s up to your guests whether you get all items on your wedding list!

What’s happening to items that are currently on wedding lists?

All items that on current and future wedding lists will be honoured so choose wisely!

Are Arnotts still taking wedding list orders?
Absolutely, our wedding list service is open for wedding list consultations on 01 8050548. Our experienced team will guide you through the full process.

Estée Lauder's International makeup artist, Alan Pan, visited Arnotts on June 11th & 12th to demonstrate his expertise and teaching customer’s tips and techniques on how to achieve their perfect look. 

Celebrity Chef Neven Maguire visited Arnotts on 10th June for cooking demonstrations in our Kitchen department, and book signing.

Daniel Chavez, Smashbox's Director of International Artistry and Education visited Arnotts on 28th May! Daniel is one of Smashbox’s most requested make-up artists around the world, working on events such as, Billboard Music Awards; Golden Globes and the MTV Music awards.

Aspiring cooks were in for a treat when world-renowned chef, Ken Hom, carried out out live demonstrations, using his popular Tao ethnic cookware range, in our store on 21st May. Ken stirred up some of his favourite oriental creations whilst also giving audiences some tips on how to use his stunning new Tao Plus Cookware Range.

We hosted some Children's fashion shows on Saturday 3rd April.  There were a number of new and exciting summer styles for both boys and girls.

Interior designers Grania Murray and Eoin Lyons will hold the inaugural ‘Design Solutions’ talk on Saturday 20th March from 12 to 1pm. in the Conran Shop. The interiors talk will take a Q&A format and will offer shoppers the opportunity to access designer knowledge and advice at no cost.

Attendees will be invited to ask Eoin and Grania about their decorating dilemmas. Topics they may cover include bathrooms, kitchens, easy ways to rejuvenate your home, soft furnishings, curtains, paint colour, ways to bring more light into a space and how to get the best value for money.
