Registration & My Account

How do I register?

To register with Buy4Now, click on the "Register" button in the top right hand side of the Buy4Now homepage. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill in the registration form. You need to be registered to shop with Superquinn, so that we can match you with your nearest Superquinn store. You don't need to be registered to shop in any other store.

How do I Login?

Once you are registered, your name should appear on the Buy4Now homepage every time you visit our site. You will only need to login and enter your password to edit your personal details or when going through a store checkout. You will automatically be asked for your email address and password in these areas. Back to top

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click here to enter your registered email address, and we will automatically send you a new password. Don't forget to keep your password safe. We would advise you to change it to something that you can easily remember: to do so, simply click on "My Account", and select "Change my password".

How do I edit my personal details?

Once you are registered, you can edit your personal details at any time in the My Account section. There you will be able to change your password, your phone number, store or edit your payment details, edit your delivery address, change your email address and change your interests.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, simply click go to the My Account section. You can edit your email address details from there. Don't forget to click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Can I store more than one credit card?

Yes. During registration you can enter only one card. However, once you are registered you can store as many cards as you want. Simply go to the My Account section. Then click on the "Credit/Laser card" option to add some new cards.

How do I edit my payment details or delete a card?

To store or update your payment details, simply go to the My Account section. Click on "Credit/Laser card": you can make all your changes from there. If you are editing a stored card, you will not be able to view the full card number, for added security.

How do I change my newsletters subscriptions?

You can manage all your newsletter subscriptions from the "Newsletter" section. Tick the checkbox beside the newsletters your would like to receive, and confirm your choices by clicking on "subscribe".

How do I place an order?

Ordering from a Buy4Now store is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps to place your order. - To add an item to your shopping basket, click the "buy" button beside the product of your choice. - When you're finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button. - Fill out the online order form. If you are already registered with Buy4Now then these details will be automatically filled in for you. Delivery costs will be clearly indicated before you purchase the item. Click the button which reads "finish" or "submit order" and you're officially done! - Buy4now will send you an order confirmation via email, quoting your order reference number.

How do I find what I'm looking for on the Buy4Now site?

Simply use the search engine located on the top left of the homepage. In the blank box provided type in the name or the type of product you are trying to locate e.g. "Harry Potter" or "DVD player", then select the store of your choice, and click on "Go!". If you would like to check out the huge range of products available from all Buy4Now retailers, have a look at our "Find It" section. This is a convenient way of browsing through the aisles of our online shopping centre.

All Buy4Now stores accept Visa, MasterCard and Laser as method of payment. American Express is accepted in Sheilas Flowers and Superquinn.

Can I buy online even if I don't have a credit card?

You don't need a credit card to shop at Buy4Now. All of our stores accept Laser cards.

How can I change or cancel an order?

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce) or cancel an order up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the item to the relevant store and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If an item is damaged or faulty please contact Buy4Now immediately and we will organise a replacement or refund. Some stores offer a returns & refund policy beyond what is required by statute. Deliveries & Returns

What is your delivery charge?

Each of our partner stores have different delivery fees, which you can check by viewing our Delivery information page. The charges for delivery vary by each retailer and sometimes by product type, because it is clearly more expensive to ship furniture to Belfast than it is to post a gift voucher. Don't worry though, all delivery charges are visible at the time purchase, so you'll always know what the cost is.

Can I collect my goods directly from the store?

No, this is not possible. The only exception is the Click&Collect service available in Superquinn Lucan.

When I order from different stores will all my purchases be delivered together?

No. Each product will be delivered from the store you ordered from. Therefore if you order 4 products from 4 different stores, then you will have 4 separate deliveries.

How will my order be delivered?

Most orders will be sent out by post. If the item is too big for ordinary post, it will be delivered via the retailers logistics partner, please see retailers site for information on their logistics partners

Do you do evening or week-end deliveries?

You will need to check with the retailers website to see if weekend or evening deliveries will be done, this be depend on the individual retailer and their logistic partner.

How quickly will I get my order?

In most stores, we aim for a turnaround of 3 to 5 working days. However each of our partner stores have different policies for delivery, based on the product size and availability. See our Delivery information page for details on each retailer's shipping timetables.

I am having problems viewing products and previous orders.

Firstly you need to ensure that you are properly logged in: Have a look at the Buy4Now homepage, and if your name is not appearing at the top, click to login. If you still have some problems, it could be because your browser needs to be updated (click here to view instructions on how to install Internet Explorer 7 on your computer). The problem could also be caused by your cookies (they need to be enabled). To enable these, click on "Tools" at the top of your browser, then select Internet Options, then click on Security, and make sure your cookies are enabled.
