How do I find what I'm looking for?
In order to find a particular product type e.g. roses, simply type in this word in the search engine box located on the top right of each page. The search engine will bring up that particular product. You can also browse through our range of products using the categories on the left-hand side of the page. If you feel creative, you can also come up with your own bouquets by going to the "design your own" page of this site.

How do I add a product to my basket?
To add a product to your basket, simply click the "Add to basket" button located below the description of the item. This will automatically add the product to your basket.

How can I see what's in my basket?
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the "My basket" link located at the top of the page. If you have a product in your basket, you will also see a quick summary of the contents of your basket on the right-hand side of the page.

How do I remove an item from my basket?
If you have added a product to your basket and no longer wish to purchase it - simply access your basket and click the "remove" button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your basket.
If you wish to empty your basket from all items, click on the "Clear all" button.

Delivery & Returns
What is the delivery fee?
Ireland and UK: The delivery charge for Greater Dublin, Ireland and UK. is €10.95
We deliver personally to Dublin and most suburbs Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays). Our delivery service is complemented by the Interflora network of members for areas outside our delivery area.  However, deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible should there be no Interflora member close to the delivery area. You will be advised of this by email should this be the case.

Rest of the world: Deliveries by Interflora to the rest of the World (Europe, USA. etc) cost €12.
Product styles and prices differ from country to country and should it be necessary, we will advise you of any increase in the product price by email. Deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible through the Interflora network should there be no Interflora member close to the delivery area. If it is the case, you will be advised of this by email.

Can I order for same-day delivery?
If you place your order before 13.00 hrs on a particular day, it will normally be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm (except for offices which will be delivered before 5 pm). Overseas orders may have an earlier cut-off time and next day delivery will be requested should it be too late for same day.

Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery for a specified delivery time, except for funerals (just type in your additional information in the delivery note at the checkout).

What if I am unhappy with the product received?
Sheilas Flower Shops guarantee that every order delivered personally by us will be of good quality, in good condition and to the full retail value ruling on the day of delivery. Any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery and always within 48 hours as it is our policy to replace the item with another of equal value should this be required.
With regard to deliveries made through Interflora, any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to the Interflora Florist who delivered the order as soon as possible after delivery.

Why were some of the items I had ordered substituted?
Our gift add-ons are exclusive to Sheilas Flower Shops. For deliveries through Interflora (outside our personal delivery area), substitutions may occur with goods of equal value depending on local availability.

DELIVERY

We deliver personally to Dublin and suburbs daily - Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays). Our delivery service is complemented by the Interflora network of members should this be required. All product prices shown do not include a delivery charge, which is presently set for Greater Dublin, Ireland and U.K. at €10.95. This will be added to the product price.
Deliveries by Interflora to the rest of the World (Europe, U.S.A. etc) will cost €12.00 and will be added to the product price.

Deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible through the Interflora network should there be no Interflora member close to the delivery area. You will be advised of this by email should this be the case.

All products are subject to availability and Sheilas Flower Shop and Interflora reserve the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice. Allowances must be made for flowers out of season or temporarily out of stock.


CLAIMS
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
